Because we are a volunteer-run program, SWRT needs the help of all families in order to run a smooth, safe and successful season. Each family is asked to volunteer a minimum of two times per season. There are a variety of volunteer roles from which to choose, including assistance with special events, fundraising, administration, or race day tasks. Typical race day tasks are listed below. If a family feels that they absolutely cannot fulfill the volunteer requirements, they have the option to pay an additional fee at the time of registration in order to opt out.
